StudentsHostels
Manage your hostel and access student services from your phone or computer. StudentsHostels is the hostel-management app under SYSTEM IN ONE.
How it works
- Hostel owners
- Manage rooms, student records, rent charges, balances and receipts. Add staff and choose what they can access.
- Staff and caretakers
- Sign in with the account provided by management. Use the tools assigned to your role, such as visitor and outing records.
- Students
- View your own room details, rent statement, receipts and hostel messages after management approves your account.
Setting up a new hostel
- Register your business. Create a SYSTEM IN ONE account, verify your email and request StudentsHostels access.
- Complete activation. Confirm your setup fee and subscription plan, complete the agreed payment and wait for access to be activated.
- Set up your hostel. Open “Set up my hostel”, then add your property details, rooms, rates, students and staff.
- Use it each day. Track rent and balances, issue receipts and manage your hostel records from your own workspace.
Each hostel has its own workspace, branding and records. Students join their own hostel; they do not register a hostel business.
Installing the app is free. Business setup and subscriptions are separate. Online payments and automatic messaging depend on the services connected for each hostel. Internet is needed to use current records.

Add the StudentsHostels icon to your phone. Open your hostel management account or find student accommodation in one tap.
Install directly from this website. No app-store download is needed. You can also keep using the website without installing.

Android phone · Chrome
- Open studentshostels.com/install in the Chrome browser.
- Tap Install app above if it appears. Otherwise tap Chrome's three dots (⋮) beside the address bar, then Install and create shortcut → Install. Some versions show Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm the on-screen instructions. Find StudentsHostels on your Home Screen or in your app list.
iPhone or iPad · Safari
- Open studentshostels.com/install in Safari.
- Tap Share, or open the page menu and choose Share.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll through the actions or use Edit Actions if it is hidden.
- If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add. The StudentsHostels icon will appear on your Home Screen.
Computer · Chrome
- Open studentshostels.com/install in Chrome.
- Click the install icon beside the address bar, or open ⋮ → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app.
- Confirm installation and open StudentsHostels from your computer's apps.

If this page opened inside WhatsApp, Facebook or another app, use its menu to Open in Chrome or Open in Safari. Or copy https://studentshostels.com/install and paste it into that browser.
Already installed? Check your Home Screen or app list. If your browser does not offer installation, bookmark the website and use it there.
Open StudentsHostels · What to do after installation
Installation is optional and needs your confirmation. Account approval still applies. Internet is required for current records and changes.
Start using the app
- Open the icon. After installation, tap StudentsHostels on your Home Screen or in your app list.
- Choose your account. Owners and staff use their own sign-in details. Students first find their hostel and open its student portal.
- Sign in and continue. The app uses the same account and records as the website. Installing it does not create another tenancy or change your rent.
New owner? Register your business below. Existing student without access? Open your hostel's website, choose “Request student access” and wait for management approval.
